Viewing and Managing Sold Gift Cards
To view the Gift Cards that have been sent to customers and recipients, click on Incentives > Gift Cards
Every time a Gift Card is purchased or created, the unique Gift Card code will be available on this list.
Gift Card page details:
The Gift Card code
The current value of the Gift Card
The purchaser
The recipient
The order number that the Gift Card was purchased in
Any orders the Gift Card was used for, and the amount used
Gift Card page functionality:
Adjust the value of a card up or down
Void the Gift Card
Canceling and Refunding Orders Paid For With Gift Cards
If an order was paid for with a Gift Card, canceling it or refunding it partially will return the funds to the Gift Card. You should see a line item for the return in the corresponding Gift Card page details.
Canceling the Purchase of a Gift Card
If you cancel an order for a Gift Card, the corresponding Gift Card code that was generated upon purchase will be automatically voided.
