RUSH FEES
Website Build-out Time Frame: If your timeline is tight and you need the launch of your website to happen on a specific date, ahead of the proposed set of days outlined under the Time Frame section above, a rush fee will be applied, and is variable, dependent on the scope of the website project. Please reach out to discuss.

Post Launch: A successful wine business will benefit from an operations calendar to track upcoming new vintage release dates, wine club order processing dates, pickup parties, tasting events, perhaps even logo, typeface, or bottle label rebranding timelines. With these events you may need updates to the design aspects on the website, Campaign Monitor email template, etc. Please keep in mind that the Offset and Figure company calendars/appointment schedule may not allow our team to start on your request instantly, therefore we ask you to plan ahead. A minimum of two weeks notice is required to assess and complete a request of any size. This does not mean all projects take two weeks to complete, but that in order to accommodate both our company calendars, we need that time to assess the project request, manage team schedules, block calendar time, and complete/test the project results. Should your need for any of the Optional Services be requested on an immediate basis, without prior notice, a $400 rush fee will apply, in addition to the hourly rates.
