When a customer says the website just resets and they cannot log in.

During your offering period you will most likely receive a couple emails or phone calls from customers that say, “I see the access offering button in the email, but when I click it, the login page just resets.”

Most often, this is due to a personal setting in their browser and can affect both mobile and laptop access. This is not something you will have control over. But this article can help you advise your customers to remedy the situation.

For example, with Safari on a mobile device, there are two settings that would need to be updated to allow account access.

The first one can be found under Settings>Safari>Advanced:

  1. Javascript needs to be turned on - the slider needs to be green (image below).

The second setting would be found under Settings>Safari:

2) The setting for “Block All Cookies" should not be enabled. That slider needs to be gray. If it is green, they will run into problems when trying to log into their account (image below).

Request that your customer complete those two tasks and then try again.
