11. Add content for the Active Offering Message

Active/Inactive Offering messages change depending on whether a customer is part of an active or inactive offer. When an offer is active this message will appear in a customer account.

For example, this is the message I see on my account page since I am in an active group offer. You will also see a button to access the allocation.
