4. Edit or Type in your "Club Cancellation Reason(s)"
If you have a wine club, you can add entries like "Financial" "Too much wine" "Health Reasons" "Traveling" "Switching Clubs" and "Testing". Having these and other reasons can help you track why people leave their wine club membership.
