Tags allow you to add labels to specific customer accounts and orders. These can be used to help you identify a group of customers or orders and quickly pull them into a list. You can also sync tags with Campaign Monitor to send emails. The Settings>Tags page is your headquarters for managing tags, allowing the ability to export and manage, as well as provide a prompt if some of your tags require a follow-up action or were built as

1. To add a custoemr tag, click on Customers

2. Click on the ID number to the left of a customer's name

3. Click on Tags

4. Type The name of your custoemr Tag and press 'Enter' on your keyboard

Don't forget to press enter after you are done typing the name of your tag.

5. Click on Update

6. To add an order tag, click on Orders

7. Click on the order number

8. Click on Tags

10. Click on Update

11. To view your tags and pull up tagged custoemr or orders, click Settings

12. Click on More

13. Click on Tags

Click on Tags

14. Or click directly on the name of the Order Tag

This will take you to the page that will display a list of Customers or Orders with the assigned tag. You can export a list or perform other actions as needed.

15. Click the "X" to the left of the tag to delete the tag

Warning - Deleting the tag will remove the tag from all the assigned customers or orders. There is NO UNDO.
