Bulk Orders Feature

If you have any Corporate Gift purchases this holiday season, or are otherwise looking to input and process a group of orders efficiently, our new Bulk Orders tool allows you to upload them via CSV. You can also process them with a single credit card transaction, as opposed to multiple charges for each individual order.

See our comprehensive help center article here for more information and video demos.

Editable Notes

You can now edit (or delete) customer and order notes in Offset Commerce. Customer notes also have categories, including an Alert category which displays the note in red text. Any changes to notes are stored in the activity log, which you can always reference later if needed.

Orders Page

New Filter attributes

Offset Commerce expands that list of order attributes you can filter by to help you more easily drill down into a group of specific orders.

This allows you more flexibility in filtering and updating a group of orders within the web app, instead of needing to export and upload CSVs to make the changes you need.

Orders Filters: Save Search

If there's a common filter set that you tend to look at regularly or would like to save your work, you can now save your search.

These saved searches are dynamic, which means if new orders match these criteria in the future or if existing orders change, the search will show what currently matches the filters.

For instance: if you have a saved search to show orders on hold, and some of your order ship, you'll no longer see those orders in your saved search.

Orders Bulk Edit: Add Order Tags

While saved searches are dynamic, Order Tags are useful if you want to stamp a number of orders to find them later, even if their attributes you initially filtered them by have changed.

In Figure, this was typically done with a CSV upload, but now you can do it within the app.

Shift-click to Select multiple items

If you want to select a number of orders (or customers) in a row: click on the first one, then hold shift and click on the last one to select all the orders in between.

Customers Page

Customer Filters

While Figure only allowed you to filter Customers by Purchasers or Groups, Offset Commerce allows you to filter based on any number of the following attributes:

Customer Filters: Saved Search

Just as with the Orders saved search, if you find a set of dynamic filters for viewing your customers that you'd like to reference regularly, you can save your search.

Customer Filters: Bulk Edit to add tags

Now you can add tags to customers in bulk, without needing to upload a CSV.

Sort By Column

While Figure only allows for the ability to sort columns for Orders, Offset Commerce also allows you to sort Customers.

NOTE: Sorting only applies to the number of items displayed on the page. Adjust the number of items that are displaying on your page if you have a large number of results you'd like to sort across. For larger data sets (beyond 1,000 results) you will need to export to CSV to sort properly.

Allocation Groups

Export and Import products

In Offset Commerce, if you want to quickly update the products of an allocation group, you can now export those products and / or import products from another Allocation Group.

Fulfillment Methods & Rates

Export and Import Rate Tables

If you need to make bulk changes to your Shipping Rate tables, Offset Commerce now allows you to export and import those tables via CSV.

Duplicate Rate Table

If you want to duplicate a Fulfillment Method, Offset Commerce allows you to duplicate the Rate Table from an existing Fulfillment Method to create a new one.

The title will reference the existing name of the Fulfillment Method it was copied from, for instance "Ground copy."
