Search cell and Advanced Search option

At the top right of every page in your Figure account you will find a white search cell with the words “Orders, Customers, and Products”. This cell gives you the ability to search any of those three options.

Type in a client’s first and/or last name, client ID number, order number, or a product name.

Once the results populate, on the left side of the screen, towards the top, you will see three headers/tabs titled “Orders”, “Customers”, and “Products”. Of those three, “Orders” will be the default search results listed and shaded as a blue button. To see one of the other search option results click on the tab “Customers” or “Products”.

If there are no search results or too many results, use different text to find your desired results.

*Helpful Hint*If you are searching a long client name or long product name, you don’t have to type out the entire word. Just type in 4-6 letters and then put an asterisk (*) at the end of the letters. This will provide search results. For example, if the client’s last name is Singleton you can type in Sing* and the search results will be successful.

Advanced Search — Orders | Customers

Just underneath the main Search cell you will see “Advanced Search” options for Orders and Customers. Advanced Search parameters include:

  • ID, Customer Name, Email, Address, City, State, Zip, Company

  • Date/Range

  • Order Channel

  • Order or Customer Tag

  • Wishlist Status

  • Group

  • Customer Source

  • Billing Status

  • Funds Capture

  • Order Total (range)

  • Shipping Status

  • Ship to State

  • Fulfillment Method

  • Requested Ship Date

  • Compliance Status

  • Included Product(s)

  • Account Creation Date

  • Account Status

  • Total Customer Spend or Recency

*Helpful Hint*Save searches that you refer to often to simplify your workflow.

Once you create the Advanced search parameters for Orders, those parameters of the search will be viewable in the right hand column under Quick Filter.

The saved Customer searches do not have that same visual so your naming of the saved Customer search should/could have a bit of description to it.
