1. Start a new customer order and click Proceed to Checkout

2. To save the order, click on Save for Later

IMPORTANT NOTE: Saving orders for later will reserve inventory in a pending cart and it can not be sold to another customer. To free up the inventory, see steps 11-14 below.

3. To reopen the order, go to Orders, click the Pending tab and click Resume next to the order you want to continue

4. If you are ready to check out, click Place this Order

5. To send the customer an invoice, before placing the order, click on Invoice

6. To send an email invoice, make any adjustments to the message and click on Send Email

7. The customer will receive an email in their inbox to preview their order

8. To print an invoice, click on Invoice

11. To remove previously saved orders, click on Orders

12. Click on Pending to view your orders

14. Click on Confirm to permanently remove the pending order
