The Settings > Team Members page is where you add new team members, manage existing users, or manage your profile settings.
Team Members
Team Members are the members of your team who have access to the Offset platform including Offset Commerce, Offset POS, and Offset CMS.
IMPORTANT: Your team is responsible for adding and removing users as well as managing permissions. When team members are no longer part of your company, be sure to remove them.
Add a new team member:
Select the +New Team Member button
Enter First & Last Name
Enter their Email
Choose the appropriate user Role

Administrator - Future features coming soon
Content Editor - Limits access to the Content pages where the user can add and update website content such as text and images.
Hospitality - Future features coming soon
Select Add Team Member
NOTE: When deciding which user role to choose, make the decision based on their role within your company. Future features will be coming soon coming soon that will grant or restrict specific system areas for each role.
When the user clicks on the suggested link, it will open a Welcome page where they can Choose a Password and select the Sign Up button to complete their account registration.
NOTE: If you add a user and they already have an account associated with their email address, they will simply be added to the Team Access list; otherwise they will receive an invite email to complete registration.
Editing Registered Users
Registered members will appear on the Team Members page under - Your Winery Name Team Members. If you need to make changes to an account such as their user role or remove the account, start by selecting the Edit User button next to their name.
You can edit the user role by selecting the dropdown, choosing a new role, and selecting the Update button. Or select the Remove User button to remove the account.
Edit Your Profile
To Edit your profile, while in Team Members, select the Your Profile tab. Here you can update your name or password. You can also set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) which we highly recommend for account security.
