To add a tracking number to a single order simply open the relevant order, and click on the “Add Tracking Number” button located in the billing and delivery section.
Once you’ve added the information in the pop up window and saved, you’ll see the green status update notification appear at the top of the page.
Note: Once added, tracking information will be immediately updated and your customer can view and access the specifics from their account page. The tracking number will be uploaded as a link so your customer click it and be transferred to the carrier page to view the shipment progress.
